Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and services provided by TenBuck Studio ("TenBuck", "we", "us", or "our"), including TimeFlowing, EcheFrame, and Nature Lens. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except where permitted by law
• Use our apps for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

You are responsible for the content you create within our apps and for maintaining the security of your device. You must ensure that your use of our apps complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

If a feature relies on your iCloud account or other Apple services, you are responsible for maintaining access to those accounts. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, account issues, or deletion of the app.

Some of our apps offer optional paid subscriptions or one-time purchases (such as Pro or Lifetime plans). All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings at any time
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App Store before purchase

Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, as we do not have the ability to process refunds for App Store transactions ourselves.

Our apps, including all software, designs, logos, text, and other content (excluding content you create), are owned by TenBuck Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You retain full ownership of the content you create within our apps.

Our apps and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

AI-powered features (such as plant identification in Nature Lens) provide informational results only and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for decisions involving safety, health, or consumption of plants or wildlife.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenBuck Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our apps. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten US dollars ($10), whichever is greater.

You may stop using our apps at any time by deleting them from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue an app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability) will survive.
