TenBuck Studio ("TenBuck", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent software studio that builds mobile applications, including TimeFlowing, EcheFrame, and Nature Lens. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps and visit our website at www.tenbuck.top.

We believe in building software that respects your privacy. We collect as little data as possible, and we never sell your personal information to anyone.

Depending on the app and features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Content you create. Tasks, notes, boards, photos, and other content you create inside our apps. This content is stored on your device by default.
• Purchase information. When you make a purchase, Apple processes the transaction. We receive anonymized receipts to validate your subscription status. We never see your payment details.
• Usage and diagnostics data. Anonymous crash reports and aggregate usage statistics that help us improve app stability and performance. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Support communications. If you contact us at support@tenbuck.top, we keep your email address and message history so we can help you.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our apps and services
• Validate purchases and manage subscriptions
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs

Some of our apps include AI-powered features. For example, Nature Lens uses image recognition to identify plants and wildlife. When you use these features, the relevant content (such as a photo you choose to analyze) may be sent to our AI service providers for processing. This content is used solely to provide the feature you requested and is not used to build advertising profiles.

We also rely on a small number of trusted third-party services, such as Apple (App Store payments and StoreKit) and crash reporting providers. Each of these services processes data under its own privacy policy, and we only share the minimum information required for them to function.

Your content is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable sync features, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and protected by Apple's encryption. Data transmitted to our servers or service providers is encrypted in transit using TLS.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing

Most of your data lives on your own device and can be deleted at any time by removing content within the app or deleting the app itself. For anything else, email us at support@tenbuck.top.

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within our apps. Your continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
